The elevation gain of the hikes is on average less than 850 m. The routes follow marked trails or may cross areas where the trail is not apparent. Progress is made on more or less rugged terrain. This level is suitable for people in good health who practice sports fairly regularly (about once a week).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3\/ Sporting Level:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This generally corresponds to an average of more than 6 hours of walking per day. The daily elevation gain of the hikes varies between 600 and 1200 m. The routes follow marked trails, may cross areas where the trail is not apparent, or be in &#8220;off-trail&#8221; areas, especially during the ascent of certain peaks. Progress is often made on quite rugged terrain. This level is suitable for people in very good health who regularly practice an endurance sport (such as jogging, long-distance walking, cycling, swimming, etc.) and\/or have experience in the sport offered during the trip (person who has already practiced hiking or cycling regularly, etc.).
